A Glimpse of Cape Bojeador Lighthouse | Burgos, Ilocos Norte

Since I’m in Bangui already I told my tricycle driver to drop me off at Windmill View deck. I waited a few minutes for a bus going to Cape Bojeador Lighthouse it is also located in Burgos. The lighthouse is far from the main road, I need to find a habal-habal going to Cape Bojeador, after a few minutes waiting; I found one he offered me a ride to Lighthouse for 200 pesos round trip. I declined because it was overpriced and I don't have enough money to pay 200 pesos again, instead I walked up hill.

When I’m already in lighthouse I can say, “Wow! What a breathtaking view”. I have taken rest for a while and buy a bottle of soft drink to cure my thirsty. I finished my drinks, fast because I’m so excited to see the Cape Bojeador Lighthouse. I walk upstairs and went inside of the lighthouse to take a picture. I like how they preserve the lighthouse as it is.

Before I go down I sit down first beside the lighthouse and embrace the fresh air. I went down and go to the lady in souvenir shop to ask about the people of Ilocos, she told me that Ilocano are nice people and I prove it because when my last day in Ilocos, the owner of Supertram lodge give me a complimentary dinner before I leave his lodge. I walk again downhill to the main road and waited a bus going to Laoag city proper. The next day I plan to visit Paoay Church and Calle Crisologo.
